Meet Our Adoption Staff! World Partners Adoption, Inc.

World Partners Adoption, Inc. is fortunate to have a staff composed of adoptive parents who are experienced in international adoption and who have specialized backgrounds in child development and medicine. With our knowledge, compassion and integrity, we are happy to assist you with your journey to become parents.

The Directors, Cindy and Jim Harding, founded World Partners Adoption in 1999. They adopted their own children from Kazakhstan in 1997, and have since assisted over 2000 families in the adoption process. Cindy, a Speech Pathologist, has extensive experience working with all areas of special needs children and was a Big Sister for five years and has always been involved with helping children. Now, this calling to help others adopt feels like a dream come true for her. Jim has a strong background in management and is compassionate towards the needs of adoptive parents and waiting children. Together, they have weathered the trials of infertility and CELEBRATED the adoption of their own children. They are both happy to assist you in any way and answer any of your questions to make your adoption process easier. Please read about the Hardings journey to adopt their children!

Adoption Coordinator, Susan Cotten is pictured with her beautiful daughter. Susan's trip to adopt her daughter changed her own families life and she is thrilled to be able to help other families through the process. She is a former teacher of English as a second Language and offers invaluable advise to our clients about helping their children acquire a new language once they return home! Susan is empathetic to her families needs throughout the adoption journey and will be with you every step of the way!

Adoption Coordinator, Lisa Kaforey has adopted her sons from both Vietnam and Kazakhstan! Lisa is dedicated to her families as they go through the adoption process. Being an adoptive parent, she understands what emotions families go through during their process to build their family through adoption. Lisa brings to WPA her dedication and compassion to and for the waiting children overseas, and we are fortunate to have her a part of our WPA family!

Adoption Coordinator, Leigh Ann Stachowiak, with her husband and two daughters from Kazakhstan. Leigh Ann is dedicated to the waiting children all over the world and has compassion and empathy for waiting families during their process. As an adoptive mother, Leigh Ann understands the joy and anxiety of adoption, and she will help her families each step of the way to stay focused on the end result.. a beautiful child to call their own! Leigh Ann brings to WPA her excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a medical background, and we are fortunate to have her as part of our WPA family!

Adoption Coordinator, Janet Ball brings to WPA her kindness and compassion to those families who want to add a child to their family! Her experience as an adoptive parent gives her the empathy our families deserve throughout their process. Janet has excellent communcation skills and is well versed in training families throughout the process! We are blessed to have Janet as part of our WPA Family!

Our Overseas Partners for each of our programs consist of teams of professionals who are extremely compassionate, experienced, and caring individuals. Our relationship with these wonderful people, our World Partners, makes them WPA's greatest asset. It is through their efforts that your adoption is completed, so having great partners is the key to any sucessful program. They truly care about our waiting children and this why we have chosen to partner with them. We care for them the way you would any friend, as they helped each one of us become parents! Our partners only problem is that they all fall in love with each child and can't rest until each one is united with their forever family! Our World Partners are strong advocates for international adoptions, and the children are their motivation.
