Recently all of the adoption agency facilitators working in Kazakhstan were asked to attend a training meeting at the US Embassy in Almaty. All aspects of the meeting revolved around training the individuals working with adoptive parents to do a better job when they came to the Embassy to submit the adoptive parents paperwork. Much to our surprise they also had a small awards ceremony as well, presenting one and only one award, to WPA's nonprofit partner - Zhanna Zhol.
